Seeing Dolphin Tale with Kim!

This is a leftover entry from the second to last time I visited Kim, but I wasn’t’ sure if I had written about it in full detail yet, so here we are. As everyone knows who reads this journal, Kim, her mother and I went to see Dolphin Tale. This was a day before Aunt Gracie went to Heaven. I knew Aunt Gracie had had a set back, but I thought she would pull through.

Anyway, we got to the theater and the guy gave us a discount on the price for the movie. We’re about to leave when Kim’s mother explain she’s just walking us up. The ticket guy turns around and not only gives her a free ticket, but a free drink! She thanked him and we went on our way. After getting food, we went into the theater and found our seats. We talked for a few minutes while the first look was on since we had no desire to watch it. After the previews started, we just relaxed. Once the movie started, I sat up straighter in my chair and was engrossed from beginning to end. It was a good thing that I was sitting next to Kim on her left because I started crying just like I had the other three times I had seen it. At this time, I hadn’t seen it with Crystal yet.

Anyway, when winter swam for the first time, I cheered. Kim tried to hush me, but I ignored her. Then when winter swam for the first time with her new tail, I cheered again. Kim again tried to hush me, but I ignored her once again. I wasn’t the only one cheering at that point. When winter did something incredible towards the end of the movie, there was no controlling me. Kim even cheered a little, although she stopped sooner than I did. It was an awesome experience overall. I wasn’t ignoring Kim to be rude. I wasn’t going to stop cheering for anyone. A few other people were cheering along wig me too. Kim told me she liked the movie a lot, which made me happy. I remember when it first previewed during another movie Kim and I saw together. I expressed my desire to see it enthusiastically and Kim acted like it was the last movie on earth she wanted to see. I explained to her what it was about, but she still acted uninterested. I asked her why she didn’t want to give it a chance and she got frustrated with me, which I don’t like at all. There’s no need for her to get that way. She explained it looked to visual and I countered with it will probably be in descriptive. She grudgingly agreed. And low and behold, that’s how we saw it a few months later. Kim needs to stop stressing out so much and just give things a chance with an open mind.
Mesai an and Aloha for now

Who? God
What? He loves you.
Where? Everywhere
When? Always, forever, without ceasing.
How? Unconditionally, totally and completely.
Why? Because you are His child.

“God is here and He loves us. In spite of all the mistakes. And He has a plan for us all.” Gloria
